- Head Circumference: Measure around your head from forehead to nape (22-23 inches)
- Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline over the crown to the nape (14-15 inches)
- Ear to Ear (Forehead): Measure across your forehead from ear to ear (11-12 inches)
- Ear to Ear (Over Top): Measure over the top of your head from ear to ear (13-14 inches)
💡 Tip: Use a soft measuring tape for accurate measurements. If between sizes, choose the larger cap size for comfort.

Measure Around Your Head: Start by placing the tape measure around your head, just above your ears and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows.

Find Your Circumference: Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Record the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Note Additional Measurements (Optional): For an even more precise fit, measure the front-to-back and side-to-side dimensions of your head.
