How Shipping Works at Believe in Hair

At Believe in Hair, we take pride in making sure every order is processed carefully and efficiently. Here’s what happens after you complete your purchase:

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

Once you make your purchase, your order is automatically accepted into our system. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all your purchase details.

2. Payment Verification

After your order is accepted, we verify your payment. In some cases, our system may require ID verification if any activity appears suspicious. This is done to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions.

3. Order Processing

Processing begins once your payment has been cleared:

• If your item is in stock at our U.S. warehouses, processing starts immediately.
• If your item is not in stock, processing may take 3–5 business days while we prepare your order.

During this stage, we inspect, prepare, and package your hair bundles to ensure premium quality.

Shipping Label Creation

Once your order is placed, we create your shipping label.
Please note: (This is when processing begins) processing + shipping= delivery. Labels may remain on hold for a few days as we process and ship orders based on the order date to ensure timely and fair fulfillment for all customers.

5. Shipment to Logistics Center

Your order is then sent to one of our trusted logistics partners, such as:

• FedEx
• USPS
• UPS

Once the carrier receives your package, it will be scanned within 24 hours.

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $450. Orders under $450 have a shipping rate.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real-time.

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Believe In Hair is no longer responsible for the package. If your order is lost or marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the dispatching carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to request a full or partial refund. We’re happy to provide tracking details to assist with your claim.

Our luxury hair units can last up to 3+ years with proper maintenance. Our affordable hair (duchess collection) varies some wigs last up to 1 year, while others last up to 2 months with proper care.

Yes! Our human hair wigs can be colored, bleached, and heat styled just like your natural hair. We recommend professional coloring for best results.

Economy Hair vs. Luxury Hair
Our Economy Hair is a budget-friendly option designed for minimal wear and manipulation. It’s perfect for short-term styles and girls on a tight budget who still want to look good for a limited time.

Our Luxury Hair is top-quality hair sourced from India, Thailand, and Vietnam. This hair is virgin single-donor or raw, offers near-perfect quality with minimal shedding, can be bleached to a 613 (raw hair), and can last up to 3+ years with proper care.

Economy Quality
Our Economy Quality is a budget-friendly collection designed with affordability in mind. This tier features 9A–10A virgin processed hair, making it the most accessible option on our site. With proper care, the hair lasts approximately 2–3 months. It’s ideal for short-term styles, first-time buyers, or anyone looking for quality hair at an affordable price point.

Duchess Collection (Mid-Tier)
The Duchess Collection is our mid-tier option, offering 11A–12A quality 100% virgin hair. This collection provides a noticeable upgrade in softness, fullness, and longevity. With proper care, the hair can last 5–7 months or longer. HD lace options are available for wigs, making this collection perfect for clients who want premium results without stepping into our highest tier.

Empress Collection (Highest Tier)
Our Empress Collection represents the highest level of luxury at Believe in Hair. This tier features 100% virgin and raw hair with cuticle alignment, ensuring the most natural look, feel, and durability. With proper maintenance, the hair can last up to 4 years and can be safely dyed as light as 613. The Empress Collection is ethically sourced from small regions in India and Thailand, offering unmatched quality and versatility for long-term wear.

We offer a 30-day free exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different style or size within 30 days of delivery. There are no refunds on any products.

Please contact our customer support team via email or through our Contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

Note: Lack of knowledge about caring for your hair wig, weave, or any other product, is not a valid reason for return or refund. This includes using the wrong hair care products or hair tools, that can lead to the loss of quality and integrity of your product.
