AMBASSADOR & AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Monthly Order Tracking
    • Ambassador rewards are calculated monthly.
    • Order counts reset to zero on the first day of each month.
    • Unused order counts do not carry over to the following month.
  2. Qualifying Orders
    • Only wig and hair bundle purchases qualify toward ambassador rewards.
    • Hair care products, accessories, shipping charges, and discounted employee purchases do not count toward order totals.
    • Orders must be completed and not refunded, canceled, or charged back.
  3. Content Standards
    • Ambassadors are expected to represent Believe in Hair professionally.
    • Makeup is not required but highly encouraged.
    • Videos and photos must have good lighting, clear audio, and clean, uncluttered backgrounds.
    • Hair must be styled neatly and displayed clearly.
    • Content should be high-quality, engaging, and suitable for public marketing.
  4. Posting Requirements
    • Ambassadors must post a minimum of 1 content piece per month.
    • Content may include TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, or other approved social media platforms.
    • Ambassadors should tag Believe in Hair on each post.
  5. Brand Representation
    • Ambassadors must conduct themselves professionally online.
    • Hate speech, bullying, harassment, illegal activity, or content that damages the Believe in Hair brand may result in immediate removal from the program.
    • Believe in Hair reserves the right to remove any ambassador at its discretion. removal can be done at any time for any reason we deem fit. We reserve the right will withhold payment of ambassador incentives including monetary payouts.
  6. Original Content Requirement
    • All submitted content must be original.
    • Stolen, copied, AI-generated spokesperson content, or content owned by another company may not be used.
    • Ambassadors must own the rights to all photos and videos they submit.
  7. Usage Rights
    • By participating in the program, ambassadors grant Believe in Hair permission to repost, share, edit, advertise, and use submitted content across all marketing platforms without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  8. Reward Eligibility
    • Rewards are earned only after qualifying orders have been verified.
    • Rewards may take up to 30 days to process.
    • Cash rewards are issued through an approved payment method selected by Believe in Hair. (Usually PayPal)
  9. Fraud Prevention
    • Self-purchases made solely to inflate order counts may be disqualified.
    • Fake accounts, fraudulent orders, coupon abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the program will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of rewards.
  10. Ambassador Status
    • Ambassadors who remain inactive for 60 consecutive days may be removed from the program.
    • Consistent high-performing ambassadors may be eligible for exclusive promotions, free products, paid collaborations, and VIP opportunities.
  11. Program Changes
    • Believe in Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice.
  12. Confidentiality
    • Ambassadors may not disclose wholesale pricing, internal business information, unreleased products, marketing plans, or private company communications.
    • Violation may result in immediate removal from the program.
