30-Day Free Return & Exchange

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer FREE returns and exchanges for wigs. Please ensure the wig is in its original condition—unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging—within 30 days of purchase. Clearance wigs are exempt from this policy.

Before shipping your return, please contact us at customercare@believeinhair.com to obtain the correct shipping address. Do not use the sender's address on your package, as it will delay processing. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless an error was made on our part.

Exchange Policy

Email us at customercare@believeinhair.com within 30 days of receiving your package to request an exchange. Please include photos of the hair for reference. We will provide return instructions if your request aligns with our policies.

We can process exchanges for items that are unworn or unaltered without a restocking fee. Shipping the returned product via FedEx is required; failure to comply may result in additional shipping fees.

We typically use DHL or FedEx for reshipping, with delivery within 3-5 business days. Each order includes one free return and exchange service, covering return and re-shipping fees.

Rush Exchange

To expedite the process, place a new order online for the desired item and receive a refund upon return of the original item. We will prepare the new order while awaiting the return. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the original item.

Please note that each order is entitled to one free return and exchange service. Exchanged items are not covered under this policy.

Return Policy

We accept free returns for items that are unworn or unaltered. Email us at customercare@believeinhair.com within 30 days of purchase to request a return, including photos for reference. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

There is no restocking fee for returns that meet our policy guidelines. Shipping the returned product via FedEx is mandatory.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. Funds will be credited directly to your original payment account within several days.
