Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer FREE exchanges for wigs. Please ensure the wig is in its original condition—unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging—within 30 days of purchase. Clearance wigs and discounted wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before shipping your return, please contact us at customercare@believeinhair.com to obtain the correct shipping address. Do not use the sender's address on your package, as it will delay processing. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless an error was made on our part. All products on sale or on a promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Email us at customercare@believeinhair.com within 30 days of receiving your package to request an exchange. Please include photos of the hair for reference. We will provide return instructions if your request aligns with our policies.
We can process exchanges for items that are unworn or unaltered without a restocking fee. Shipping the returned product via FedEx is required; failure to comply may result in additional shipping fees.
We typically use DHL or FedEx for reshipping, with delivery within 3-5 business days. All returns go through an Inspection process that can take between 3-8 days or longer depending on high order volumes. Returned items are subject to inspection Un approvals and will be sent back to the address on file without a return or exchange if product is damaged, used, or heavily manipulated. Each order includes one free return and exchange service, covering return and re-shipping fees.
Rush Exchange
To expedite the process, place a new order online for the desired item and receive a exchange upon return of the original item. We will prepare the new order while awaiting the return.
Please note that each order is entitled to one free return and exchange service. Exchanged items are not covered under this policy.
Refund Policy as of 8/7/2025
NO REFUNDS. Due to a significant increase in fraudulent orders and unjust claims concerning the quality of our wigs, we have made the difficult decision to no longer issue refunds for the purchase of our products. This measure is necessary to protect the integrity of our business, as we have experienced substantial financial losses due to these actions.
Going forward, we will offer free exchanges for any products (unless custom ordered) you wish to replace. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
