  1. Head Circumference: Measure around your head from forehead to nape (22-23 inches)
  2. Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline over the crown to the nape (14-15 inches)
  3. Ear to Ear (Forehead): Measure across your forehead from ear to ear (11-12 inches)
  4. Ear to Ear (Over Top): Measure over the top of your head from ear to ear (13-14 inches)

💡 Tip: Use a soft measuring tape for accurate measurements. If between sizes, choose the larger cap size for comfort.
